These non-permissive additional terms supplement the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 only, as permitted by sections 7(b), 7(c), 7(d), and 7(e).
These terms apply to BookOrbit material owned by neon and distributed with this notice, and to contributions whose copyright holders expressly accept these terms. Other contributions remain subject to the license terms under which they were originally submitted.
Every interactive user interface of a covered work containing BookOrbit material must provide a prominent and readily accessible About or Legal Notices feature displaying:

The feature must be available to all users without administrative permission. It and the required notice must not be removed, disabled, hidden, obscured, or made materially less prominent than comparable About, help, or legal-notice features.
When AGPLv3 section 13 applies, the same feature must offer users the complete Corresponding Source for the exact version being operated, at no charge. A link only to the original BookOrbit repository is not sufficient for a modified version.

These terms apply only to the extent permitted by section 7 of the AGPLv3. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
